What is the age policy for GRiZTRONICS at The Gorge?
GRIZTRONICS is an 18+ event. All guests must be at least 18 years of age on the date of entry and present a valid government-issued photo ID to enter the venue.
All VIP and hotel packages are 18+ to purchase.
How do I place my order?
All packages must be purchased online. Sales begin on Wednesday, November 19, at 10am PT / 1pm ET. After you click “Buy Now” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner(s) to make and finalize your order.
Is there a ticket purchase limit?
Yes, there is an 6 ticket limit for VIP packages and a 2 ticket limit for hotel packages.
Are single day tickets available?
2-Day passes only!

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.
Accessible seating accommodations will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.
How will I receive my concert tickets?
All tickets will be delivered digitally. In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster with instructions to claim your ticket(s). Click into this email and add the tickets to your Ticketmaster account or digital wallet. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your 100x package when accessing your tickets in Ticketmaster. Tickets may be presented digitally or printed prior to arrival.
How will I receive my VIP package and/or hotel package merchandise?
All package merchandise will be distributed at 100x check-in upon arrival. Items must be picked up on-site as we cannot ship merchandise!
Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.
When will I receive information about 100x Check-In?
More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.
I purchased a package as a gift and will not be attending. How can the recipient redeem the package?
If you’d like to gift your VIP package, you must send them the ticket via email (or transfer it via your Ticketmaster account), as well as a digital copy of your ID.
If you’d like to gift your hotel package, please submit your request to 100x via email by Friday, May 1, 2026. The request must come from the email address used to purchase the package.
To update the will call name, reach out to us HERE and include:
- Purchaser name and email
- Order number and package type
- New ticket holder’s full name, email, and phone number
Once confirmed, the recipient will be able to check in to the hotel, pick up merchandise, and access event tickets / transportation.
Important:
- The original purchaser may be responsible for transferring digital event tickets to the recipient. If the request is submitted early enough, this may not be necessary.
- Packages must be paid in full before being transferred.
- Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation, merchandise and event tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.
Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?

What if my plans change and I no longer want my 100x package?
All 100x packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.
VIP Packages
Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket with my VIP experience?
The GRIZTRONICS VIP packages include a General Admission ticket.
What is a General Admission ticket?
General Admission (GA) are tickets that allow entry to the event with no seats assigned to them. With a general admission ticket, you may be given a specific area to sit or stand in, but you won’t have a specific seat reserved for you. GRIZTRONICS VIP packages include early entry to the venue which allows guests to have first access to the venue.
What are the details about the Fan Group Photo?
The VIP Fan Group Photo is a special group photo in front of the stage with your fellow VIP attendees, giving you a fun way to commemorate the weekend together. This will take place on night two and specific timing will be shared in the info email.
The VIP Fan Group Photo is NOT a Meet & Greet with the artist.
Is parking included?
General admission parking is available for all guests with a ticket. If you would like easier entry and exit, please check The Gorge’s website for more information regarding venue parking.
Lodging Packages
How to purchase a hotel package on Ticketstoday
Start at griztronics.100xhospitality.com and click the [Buy Now] button next to the hotel package you want. This takes you to the corresponding Ticketstoday package page.
On the package page, choose the number of guests you’re purchasing for (the quantity represents the total number of guests, not the number of packages), and click Add Event. Your package is secured as soon as you complete this step.
Note: When you press the “+” button, the quantity will automatically match the number of passes included in the package.
(Example: A glamping package that includes 4 2-day passes will display a quantity of 4.)
Once the items are in your cart, you have 10 minutes to complete checkout.
No Ticketstoday account is required. We recommend using the email associated with your Ticketmaster account so your tickets can easily be added to your Ticketmaster mobile wallet once they are released.
You can pay in full or use the 60/40 payment plan (no additional fee).
After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email. About two weeks before the show, purchasers will receive a ticket-claim link. If you used the same email tied to your Ticketmaster account, your tickets will load directly into your Ticketmaster mobile wallet.
Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?
The price listed on our website for packages shows both the price per person for a package and the full ‘per package’ price for all guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a package before December 19, 2026, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan // the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 60% of the package cost. See more details about the payment plan option below.
Is there a payment plan for hotel packages?
Yes, there is an optional payment plan for hotel packages! The payment plan option must be selected during the checkout process and cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.
If you opt into the payment plan at checkout, an initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on December 19, 2025. If you purchase after December 19, 2025, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. If you select ‘pay in full’ at checkout, no additional payments will be charged after your purchase!
Can I complete the final payment early?
If you purchase prior to December 19, 2025, and are on the payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the December 19 due date, you can reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you.
Can I update my payment method while on the payment plan?
Please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday ([email protected]), for assistance with updating your credit card info for the final payment.
What happens if I miss the second payment?
You will receive an email from Ticketstoday 3 days prior to a payment date. If you receive an email from 100x stating you missed a payment, please follow the instructions in the email by visiting the link provided to complete your payment. We will honor a 7 day grace period whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation at any time.
How many rooms are included in my Hotel Package?
All hotel packages include one room for two or four guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.
Do hotel packages include tickets for both nights of GRIZTRONICS?
Yes! All hotel packages include tickets to both nights of the event.
My receipt shows tickets for the first night only - do I still have tickets for each show night?
Yes! You have tickets for each show night included in your package.
How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Hotel Package?
More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy listed below. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your room is ready.

What parking is available at the available hotels?
100x hotel packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual hotel website.

All hotels were chosen for comfort, quality, and proximity to the venue.

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?
You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.
I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?
Don’t worry – your reservation is confirmed with us! Hotels usually won’t have guest details until we provide our final rooming lists, which happens about 2-3 weeks before check-in. We recommend waiting until 1-2 weeks before check-in to contact the hotel with special requests.
How can I book additional nights at the hotel and extend my stay?
If you would like to stay longer than your hotel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your hotel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can reach out to us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.
